  • Menghantar alat-alatan dan membawa pekerja pergi dan balik dari tapak pembinaan
  • Hari Bekerja: 5.5 hari seminggu, sanggup kerja malam dan kerja pada hari rehat
  • Sanggup bekerja lebih masa (OT pay) dan bekerja di outstation (dalam Malaysia) berbulan-bulan
  • Sentiasa mengikut arahan pengurus dan penyelia tapak untuk melakukan kerja.
  • Rajin, berdisiplin baik, bertanggungjawab, jujur dan kedatangan baik
  • Mempunyai kad hijau CIDB yang sah
  • EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) disediakan oleh majikan
  • Annual Leave (selepas dapat pengesahan jawatan)
  • Medical Leave (selepas dapat pengesahan jawatan)
  • Homestay disediakan bila bekerja di luar kawasan Johor Bahru
