- Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the property management office.
- Handle residents' or tenants' inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare letters, notices, invoices, and other property-related documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases accurately.
- Assist in collection and recording of maintenance fees and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for building matters.
- Monitor office supplies, prepare purchase requests, and handle petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth building operations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
