Our client SimoSynergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive (Technical, Penang) to join their team

This exciting role offers an opportunity to develop your career in international sales, focusing on the Malaysian market. You'll be responsible for market development, client relations, and driving sales growth for a company expanding its presence in Southeast Asia.

What you'll be doing?
  • Market Development: Execute product market development and sales strategies in Malaysia, working to achieve company sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales: Enhance sales value, control costs, and expand product market share in line with the company's marketing strategy.
  • Client Relations: Maintain excellent communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide proactive, enthusiastic service.
  • Sales Process Management: Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contract signing, coordinating with relevant departments during execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, submit regular analysis and forecast reports on projects and clients.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for company improvement.
Who are they looking for?
  • Technical Sales Background: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in power/electrical engineering, automation, electromechanics, or related industries
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Penang or Johor Bahru markets is advantageous, as long-term assignment to these locations may be required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a presentable demeanor are essential for success in this role.
  • Sales Aptitude: An outgoing personality with a willingness to embrace sales challenges is crucial.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
  • Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Power/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Electromechanics.
