We're looking for a vibrant, people-loving Front Desk Supervisor to help us hit all the right notes

If you love creating memorable guest experiences, enjoy leading a lively team, and know how to keep things organized while the energy is high, this could be your perfect gig As the Front Desk Supervisor at our family-friendly karaoke venue, you'll be the first smile our guests see—and the go-to person for ensuring everything runs in harmony, from check-ins to customer support.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and consistent service standards
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals
  • Train and coach front desk staff to enhance professionalism and service quality
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments for smooth operations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest experience
  • Assist in developing and implementing front desk SOPs and service protocols

What we're looking for:

  • Female : Below 55kg, above 165cm
  • Male : Below 65kg, above 165cm
  • Education: Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Operations / Hospitality. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is an advantage
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in supervisory position in retail operations & customer service (compulsory)
  • Has experience supervising subordinates
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales & marketing
