Admin Executive

Administrative Duties:
- Manage general office administration, including filing, correspondence, office supplies.
- Maintain records of office assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Support other departments in document handling and record keeping.
Purchasing & Procurement Support:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, quotations, and purchase options.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on order status, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
- Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and pricing records.
- Work closely with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely supply.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and recommend improvements in the purchasing process.
Other Tasks:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Handle petty cash claims and expense reports related to administrative and purchasing activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- Mandarin Speaker (To liase with chinese suppliers).
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative and/or purchasing roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to work independently.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
