KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Key liaison with HQ & RHQ counterpart on subsidiary related KPIs, reporting & updates

  • KPIs progress & update, issues & countermeasure

  • Setting reporting tools to measure performance, efficiency & achievement
  • Carry out hands on execution for project items such as data analysis, stakeholder management

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Native level fluency in Korean, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English

and Korean, including familiarity with local culture and customs

  • Translation experience from English to Korean or vice versa
  • Have a project management experience or working as a consultant in either process or IT related consulting firm. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is plus.
  • Excellent biz. analytic & reporting skill
  • Excellent in prioritization and organization skills to lead projects, tasks & people management
  • Ability to effectively adapt to Samsung processes, technologies and tools for localization
  • Motivated and dedicated work ethic; able to work independently / work as a team with members
