About the Role

We seek a versatile DevOps Engineer & DBA to design, optimize, and secure our cloud infrastructure and database systems. This role bridges development and operations while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance for critical data assets.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps (60%)


• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and manage scalable cloud resources (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.


• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain Jenkins/GitLab CI pipelines for automated software deployments.


• Monitoring & Observability: Implement Prometheus/Grafana/ELK Stack for real-time system health tracking.


• Containerization: Manage Docker/Kubernetes clusters for microservices orchestration.

DBA (40%)


• Access Control & Authentication:

○ Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to assign granular permissions (table/row/column-level) based on job roles.

○ Enforce least privilege principles and manage user authentication via passwords, SSO, or multi-factor methods


• Database Optimization: Tune Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL performance via query optimization, indexing, and partitioning.


• High Availability: Configure RAC, Data Guard, or OGG for disaster recovery.


• Automation: Develop Python/Shell scripts for backups, monitoring, and maintenance.


• Compliance: Ensure data integrity and adherence to GDPR/financial regulations.

Qualifications


• Language: Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Experience:

○ 5+ years in DevOps + DBA roles, preferably in automotive/financial sectors.

○ Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), and cloud databases (AWS RDS).

○ Hands-on with Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), and IaC tools.


• Certifications (Preferred):


•   AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or Oracle OCP.
