Job Summary
Hair Tric & Lashility is seeking an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our professional salon team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality hair services, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain the company's service standards. This role also includes guiding junior stylists and supporting daily salon operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, perming, and treatments.
- Provide expert consultations and make personalized style recommendations for clients.
- Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Promote salon services and retail products.
- Mentor and support junior stylists and trainees to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the salon.
- Assist with salon operations such as stock management and workstation upkeep.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon.
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, and chemical services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and guide others.
- Willingness to follow company standards and continue learning new techniques.
Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week (based on roster)
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
