We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of construction materials. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the construction and building materials sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and tenders to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within the construction materials, building products, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project cycles, and procurement practices.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
