Job Description: -

  • Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
  • Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger
  • Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
  • Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
  • Assist with account receivable/payable-related functions
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference

Requirements:-

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Finance studies
  • Preferably fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
