Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant

SM Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle communications and correspondence.
- Organize company events and appointments.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Basic designing (Canva or any other software)
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Position: Full-time
