Internship - Product Design Engineering (Memory Health)

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Test execution on NAND BGAs.
- Perform system Level Reliability and Package Level Reliability Tests on NAND.
- Perform Failure Analysis on the rejected BGAs.
- Develop python scripts to automate log parsing and analysis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Pursuing studies in Bachelors Degree in Materials, Electronic, Microelectronic or related Engineering field.
PREFERRED:
- Interest in device, embedded systems.
- Data analysis and statistical methods.
- Electronics materials and fabrication processes.
