Livestream E-Commerce Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor live stream performance in real time (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide live support.

Analyze live stream data (e.g., viewer retention, sales performance, peak times) and optimize strategies.

Manage end-to-end operations of live commerce sessions, including product planning, scheduling, and execution.

Conduct basic training for Live Hosts on presentation, communication, and on-camera presence.

Set up and operate livestream equipment such as cameras, lighting, and screens; knowledge of OBS or similar systems is required.

Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and conversion tracking.

Make sure the department running smooth and any other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations is preferred.

Experience with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is an advantage

Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with hosts, creatives, and others department

Data-driven with understanding of viewer engagement metrics and live stream analytics

Familiarity with Malaysian TikTok trends, buyer behaviour, and local influencer partnerships

Proficient in Mandarin (required), with working knowledge of English and Malay.
