Job Description:

  • Implement the planned products segmentation (Trade and tenant mix) to achieve the company's business plan objectives, including achievements of the leasing budgets and timing of GM Klang Wholesale City
  • Proactive in responding and follow up on potential tenant's enquiries and compile information from potential tenants (wholesalers)
  • Ensure the Tenants are consistent with the product segmentation and the positioning of wholesale concept
  • To follow-up with tenants to ensure all payment has been made such as booking fee, rental deposit, utility deposit and others when signing tenancy agreement
  • To enforce rules and regulation stipulated in Tenancy Agreement and to ensure tenants comply with all terms and conditions as required
  • To attend to existing tenant's requirement/comments/complaints/suggestions/etc. and to update, discuss & find solution of such issue with the seniors and immediate superior
  • Communicating with tenants and managing good relationship with tenants, sensitive towards "what is happening on the ground"
  • To liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on renewal terms & conditions for tenancy agreements
  • Assist in implementing the marketing strategies to secure wholesalers to take up any vacant lots
  • Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategy and preparing market trends analysis for rental rates, occupancy rates and future developments
  • To assist immediate superior for any reasonable ad hoc duty

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong team work and the ability to handle stress
  • Marketing relevant experience
  • Hardworking, good initiative, responsible, detailed oriental person, team player
  • Candidate must possess at lease Diploma/Degree or professional in related field
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
