About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Pruventure Sales Manager (hybrid) to join our team at Star Creation Advisory in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work flexibly between the office and remotely.
What you'll be doing
- Achieving and Delivering sales target to drive growth for our Pruventure quota financing scheme.
- Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and Agency management Team.
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales referrals
- Providing sound advice and latest solutions to support client financial needs
- Collaborating with PV and Agency teams to delivering highest results possible
- Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations to improve results
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the strong sales and relationship data
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute effective sales quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and driving profitable growth
- Analytical mindset and the strong business skills to use networking to achieve desired results.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
