We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support for our client, Tencent, a global pioneer in the mobile gaming industry. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for users, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, a natural problem-solver, and passionate about the tech or gaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via live chat and phone support.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic assistance to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is advantageous.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
