Job Description

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align inventory with demand.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of inventory staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory costs and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
  • A good team player and able to lead a team independently
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good coordination and organizational skill
  • Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
  • Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
  • Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
