About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of driving growth, cultivating new client relationships, and ensuring that our platform meets the diverse needs of event organizers. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who are passionate about connecting with clients, closing deals, and being part of a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
What You'll Do:
- Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential sales opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and understand customer needs.
- Lead Generation & Sales Outreach: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media. Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Client Meetings & Consultations: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and engage in effective negotiations.
- Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, provide regular updates to leadership, and use data to optimize strategies and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Sales, preferably in SaaS or event management sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sales and client relationships, with a results-driven mindset.
