About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at THIEN LEE MARKETING SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and personnel. Based in Sarawak, this position plays a crucial part in supporting the wider business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  2. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimise productivity and minimise waste
  3. Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained
  5. Liaise with the logistics and sales teams to coordinate the timely delivery of products to customers
  6. Identify and implement improvements to warehouse operations, systems, and equipment
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space optimisation, and logistics
  3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  4. Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to learn
