Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, administrative duties and coordinating sales process
  • Liaise with customers to provide product information and repond to inquiries
  • Generate sales order, preparing sales reports and analysis
  • Manage and update customer database with customer relationships
  • Ensure the sales department complies with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales administration is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
