Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Banking Domain

Competencies and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of working experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Java, WebLogic, Linux, and Oracle Database.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and processes will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on project delivery and management experience in a banking environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing CLMS Enhancements for the Regional Corporate Model 2.0 Project business change requests.
  • Participate in requirement specification, application impact analysis, system evaluation, interface mapping, customization, testing, conversion, and migration activities.
  • Provide first-line support during project delivery and post-LIVE support for implemented systems.
  • Coordinate and assist with bug fixing, change requests, customizations, and system enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain user and system documentation, and provide training for in-house developed applications.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) activities on application systems prior to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) commencement.
  • Guide users during UAT by supporting test planning, test case design, and execution.
  • Evaluate and assess the impact of new releases, patches, or version upgrades before implementation.
  • Assist in performance testing and ensure smooth system operations in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues during and after project delivery, coordinating with vendors and technical teams as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9, RM10,000.00 per month
