- Vendor and cost management: Negotiate with and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors. Track and manage travel expenses to ensure compliance with company budgets.

- Traveler support: Provide assistance to travelers with any issues that arise, such as flight delays, lost luggage, or hotel problems.
