  • To manage and oversee the activity of Sales in the aspects of the sales of prime equipment and balance of plant.
  • Establish good relationship with Principal, Caterpillar Energy Solution for the support of new equipment sales.
  • Ensure that the department's objectives and MPlan are met. Responsible to set up sufficient resources to support the company's budgeted Sales, Job's profitability and PBIT.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands company's customer base and ensure having a strong brand presence in the market.
  • To plan, lead and guide the sales team to successfully achieve the sales goal and marketing plan.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Determines the sales revenue by projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • To monitor and control the debt collection for the project to ensure accounts do not become delinquent.
  • Interacts with all levels throughout the organization; including staff and vendors.
  • To work with Project Execution team to undertake the incoming projects in an efficient and optimum manner.
  • To work with after sales team to maintains customer records by updating customer information.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Ensure company policies are strictly adhered to by all subordinates.
  • To execute all procurement related activities in compliance to Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), and Group Procurement and Policies and Authorities (GPPA) and also SD Industrial's procurement 'Standard Operating Procedures (Procurement SOPs).
