About the role

Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver sales targets, input pre-planned promotion via yearly calendar, control over market return and promote new product items in the existing account.
  • Carry out well in the negotiation with a good perspective for expanding share of shelves and to secure more pragmatic displays for company products.
  • Work closely with superior and marketing team for executive the yearly promotion calendar.
  • Work on bulletin promotion thru planning ahead and well utilize trade investment for all supermarket.
  • Provide supervision for Exclusive Sales Rep (ESR) and merchandisers to achieve more productivity.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM holder or higher education level.
  • As least 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry.
  • Travelling is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Creative to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
  • Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
