  1. Recommend and up sell daily specials, appetizer, dessert and beverages.

  2. Keep the outlet and its back-of-house area tidy and clean at all times.

  3. Clean, sweep, vacuum and wash the outlet whenever required or delegated by the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor / Captain.

  4. Change dirty linen, returns and collects them prior to service.

  5. Collect dry goods and general supplies from the store room if required.

  6. Refill and clean all condiments needed prior to service hours.

  7. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good condition before setting up table or buffets.

  8. Prepare table settings as per requirements.

  9. Ensure that the designated service station is stocked, neat and clean prior to service.

  10. To be stationed in the assigned area of the outlet during service hours unless specifically assigned elsewhere.

  11. Serve food and beverage to guests according to established standards.

  12. Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner or convey it to the Captain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
