Job SummaryJoin a fast -rising property developer with an exciting pipeline of high -rise residential launches. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll play a hands -on role across marketing strategy, campaign execution, and sales support. You'll work closely with a lean, high -performing team to drive awareness, enquiries, and conversion for both ongoing and upcoming projects—with opportunities to grow into a senior leadership role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support project launches and sales targets.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and promotional strategy.Coordinate with internal departments, sales teams, agencies, and media partners to implement marketing activities.Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives including events, signage, social media, and lead generation.Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports to evaluate effectiveness.Support branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.Provide sales support materials and work collaboratively with the sales team to drive traffic and engagement.Stay current on property market trends, buyer behaviour, and new tools to sharpen marketing efforts. RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 2 years of working experience in property marketing and/or sales.Strong command of both traditional and digital marketing tactics.Confident communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Resourceful, analytical, and able to work well in a fast -paced, team -based environment.Candidates with experience in a property developer setting are preferred.
