Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic F&B sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all outlets.

  • Initiate and manage promotional campaigns and events in collaboration with the Communications team.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and event organizers to grow business.

  • Coordinate with outlet managers, chefs, and banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead.

  • Lead the F&B sales team, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.

  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to refine strategies.

  • Represent the hotel in networking events, trade shows, and industry-related functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales or marketing, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and launching successful promotions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Strong understanding of the local F&B scene, market segments, and consumer behavior.

  • Ability to multitask, lead a team, and coordinate cross-department efforts efficiently.

  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
