Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily quality control checks for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Support QA team in recording and maintaining inspection data, including product weight, dimensions, and visual appearance.
  • Participate in microbiological and chemical testing (if applicable) under supervision.
  • Help monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hygiene, and Food Safety procedures on the production floor.
  • Conduct sampling and lab testing according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in preparing and updating quality documents, such as checklists, calibration records, and test reports.
  • Observe and report non-conformances, assisting in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support internal audits, product traceability, and documentation for certifications (e.g., MeSTI, HALAL, HACCP).
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures and food safety standards is an advantage.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
