About the role

The Head of HR provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain talent, ensure compliance, and drive organizational growth. This role partners closely with senior leaders to align HR policies and programs with the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
     Develop long-term HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
     Lead recruitment, retention, succession planning, and employer branding.
  • Employee Engagement:
     Create programs to build a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee relations.
  • Performance & Learning:
     Implement performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
     Ensure competitive and compliant pay structures, rewards, and benefits programs.
  • Compliance & Governance:
     Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Change Management:
     Drive HR digitalization, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, MIHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, including 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of HR strategy implementation in dynamic organizations.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
