We are looking for an internship to support the HR/Admin department.

You will work closely with our experienced professionals and supporting various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

 Provide support to the HR Team in Training & Development and Admin General tasks/activitiesTo assist to handle day-to-day general administrative duties & responding to emailsManage office supplies, inventory, and procurement-related tasksParticipate in the digitization process by scanningHelp maintain accurate records of employee contracts, work permits, and legal documentationSupport the processing of visa and immigration-related paperwork and ensure compliance with government regulationsTo assist in preparing training materials prior to the training dateInvolved in the upkeeping and enhancement of training records and data managementAssist in organize company-wide events (town halls, festive celebrations, team-building activities, volunteering programs) and co-ordinating training activitiesTo undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties related to HR & Admin specified by the management



You'll succeed if:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentOpen for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 monthsGood command in EnglishHigh level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possibleRequired skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Applicants must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
