What You'll Do
- Handle student enquiries via WhatsApp, Zoom, Email, and in-person.
- Understand students' needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Provide guidance on course fees, scholarships, and registration processes.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment progress.
You Should Be
- Friendly, patient, and an excellent communicator.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder
- 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, education consulting, or sales preferred.
