  • Project type: ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
  • 6 days working with 1 day off (OT will be provided)
  • Morning shift and night shift rotation

Thus, we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer to:

  • Monitor and maintain the ANPR cameras, servers, and software applications.
  • Perform routine system health checks, ensuring all components function correctly.
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures (cameras, network switches, cabling, etc.) and software errors.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts or reported issues from the mall's management or users.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates as required.
  • Assist in vehicle entry/exit dispute resolutions by verifying ANPR records.
  • Collaborate with the senior technical support for complex issue resolution.
  • Maintain an on-site inventory of spare parts and tools needed for quick fixes.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems
  • 1-2 years experience in technical support fields or project management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic software or programming knowledge and basic
    Network configuration

, such as SQL (optional), IP Networking, IP Camera Setting or
Linux Operating System
- Possess good software and hardware troubleshooting skills

to travel to client's sites
- Must be willing to work on short notice outside of work hours
- Team player and able to deliver solutions within a tight timeline.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
