To strengthen its global presence, the company is establishing a new plant in Senai, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of the HVAC Actuator and Automotive compliance product, including functional validation, component analysis (BOM optimization), and failure mode assessment (FMEA).
  • Research production processes such as actuator assembly, testing, and quality control, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global R&D team to translate and optimize process documentation, and train the Malaysian local team (mentor apprentice model).
  • Support resolution of production issues, including equipment debugging, material matching, and quality prevention measures.
  • Engage in OEM client meetings, providing technical Support in English and Mandarin, and driving project localization.
  • Assist in team culture building, fostering Malaysian collaboration, and improving operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in automotive electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in the automotive electronics or electrical industry, with preference for those familiar with actuators or HVAC systems; knowledge of production processes, quality control (FMEA, SPC), and failure prevention is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks), familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949); understanding of failure mode analysis and prevention strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for international meetings and technical communication; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, problem solving orientation; strong passion for the automotive industry and adaptability to cross cultural teams.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm

Salary Range: RM2800 - RM3500
