to expand our presence in the
industrial & marine coatings

sector across Malaysia.

This is a
commission-based collaboration role

, ideal for experienced sales professionals or freelance agents who want to
earn high commissions

through flexible, independent work. 

(Note: this is not a full-time employment position.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain B2B relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
  • Promote Hai Van Paint's industrial and marine coating products to local clients.
  • Generate new sales leads and follow up to close deals.
  • Coordinate with US Buildings' sales support team for product information, quotations, and logistics.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    B2B sales

(preferably in paints, coatings, construction materials, or industrial products).
- Strong understanding of
industrial coatings

, shipbuilding, or
fire-retardant applications

(a plus).
- Proven ability in
lead generation and deal closing

.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and consultative selling

skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in working
remotely or cross-border

.
- Individuals or small agencies with an existing sales network are highly encouraged to apply.
