Role Description:

Enviros is seeking for a Senior Manager Business Development [Subsea / Inspection, Repair & Maintenance (IRM) / Transportation & Installation (T&I). The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and driving tendering and commercial initiatives to expand the company's presence in the offshore energy market. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

Ideal Skillsets:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Geoscience, or related field;
  • Experience in Business Development, including strategy development and market analysis;
  • Skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation;
  • Strong Knowledge of Subsea, IRM, and T&I sectors;
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills;
  • Leadership and Team Management experience;
  • Ability to work on-site at Jalan Ampang, KL;
  • Prioritize to candidate who can start immediately is preferred.
