Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.

Customer Service:

  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.

Menu Development and Quality Control:

  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverages to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the outlet budget, monitoring expenses and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, with a strong track record of leadership and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
