Job Description
- Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems.
- Monitor and updating PO status.
- Coordinate with suppliers in terms of sending PO, shipping status and delivery dates.
- Establish active communication and engagement with related department to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Perform general administration functions.
- To execute ad-hoc duties when require.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in Administration, or relevant qualifications.
- Basic user knowledge in any accounting software (SQL is an added advantage)
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Able to work efficiently and independently and able to work as a team.
- Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
