We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience in product design and a strong background in graphic design to join our creative team. In this role, you will not only focus on designing intuitive and user-centered digital products but also contribute to the visual identity of our brand through various graphic design projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions for digital products.
  4. Design visually compelling UI elements and interfaces with a focus on user experience, consistency, and brand alignment.
  5. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and support throughout the development process.
  6. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and optimize designs based on user behavior and performance metrics.
  7. Design marketing materials, including banners, social media content, infographics, and presentations to enhance brand visibility and messaging.
  8. Develop visual assets for product promotions, email campaigns, and landing pages that align with both UX goals and brand guidelines.
  9. Work on graphic design projects, including company branding, product packaging, and print materials, ensuring cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  10. Create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all digital and graphic materials.
  11. Stay updated on UI/UX and graphic design trends to continually elevate the design quality and keep our brand fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a mix of both product and graphic design work.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
  3. Experience with user research and testing methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy in both digital and graphic mediums.
  5. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design for digital products.
  6. Strong understanding of design systems and branding principles.
  7. Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative design environment.
  3. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  4. Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
