Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
OTC Specialist
to support the Order-to-Cash functions for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and OTC operations, with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
processes. - Execute timely and accurate
Cash Application, Collections, Claims, Credit Management, and Dispute Management
activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies, customer queries, and outstanding items.
- Support
month-end closing
activities within strict timelines. - Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in
SAP / S4HANA
. - Coordinate with APAC teams while operating primarily onsite at
1 Powerhouse
(no travel required).
Requirements
- 3–5 years
of experience in
Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash
. - Background in
Shared Services (SSC) or BPO
environment is highly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in
Finance
,
Accounting
, or a related field. - Strong working knowledge of
SAP
or
S/4HANA
(advantage). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during
month-end deadlines
. - Mandarin speaker
(required for APAC region support). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
