Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Event Marketing role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The selected candidate will assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing events to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting event logistics, marketing activities, and contributing to the sales and promotion strategies for various campaigns. Collaboration and effective communication with team members and clients will be essential to ensure the success of events and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience or interest in Event Planning and Event Marketing
  • Sales experience or skills in promoting products/services
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently
  • Experience in marketing or event management is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is advantageous, but not required
