Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

  2. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, XHS, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  4. Monitor social media performance metrics and provide input for improving campaigns.

  5. Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas for engagement.

  6. Event Management:

  7. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales, engagement, branding events to promote the brand.

  8. Work collaboratively with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

  9. Content Creation:

  10. Write creative and engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  11. Collaborate with designers and videographers to create high-quality visuals and videos.

  12. Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, style, and identity.

  13. Brand Strategy Support:

  14. Contribute fresh ideas for branding campaigns and initiatives.

  15. Conduct basic research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but experience in social media management, event planning, or content writing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Gamma.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, while knowledge of Bahasa and/or Chinese is a bonus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
