Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Klang. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer outreach, providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Sales expertise, including skills in identifying opportunities and building relationships
  • Experience in Sales Management and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing Sales and Product Training
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Previous experience in the chemicals or related industry is beneficial but not mandatory
