你的关键职责将包括:
## AI矩阵,内容协作与高效产出
· 善用 ChatGPT、DeepSeek、剪映,可灵 等AI工具:
· 生成文案、脚本、贴文、影片 等
· 提高内容产出效率与精准度
· 将AI作为"灵感放大器",而非简单复制,确保内容具真实情感与品牌温度。
每月销售计划与节日策略
· 主导每月线上销售目标与策略制定
· 策划节日销售活动(双11、新年、中秋等)
· 与内容、客服、广告团队协作推进销售节奏
数据分析与销售流程优化
· 建立销售数据追踪机制(曝光→点击→成交→复购)
· 分析每月流量来源、转化率、复购表现,提出优化策略
· 不断完善销售漏斗模型,提升整体ROI
指导并协助客服团队提升成交率
· 利用AI Chatbot 协助设计销售话术、快捷回复、跟单 SOP
· 分析未成交顾客,协助客服提升应对策略
· 带领团队建立私域运营意识与顾客经营能力
结合内容营销推进社交平台销售
· 与内容团队协作,打造销售导向的内容素材(销售帖、顾客见证、短视频脚本)
· 优化 Meta 广告文案与素材,提升点击与转化
· 管理社交平台粉丝互动与导流
私域系统与CRM管理
· 策划 WhatsApp 私域顾客路径
· 管理顾客标签、生命周期、复购提醒机制
· 构建复购池、孕妈顾客池、KOC池等顾客群体运营系统
OMO-结合线上与线下的销售营销
· 与outsource event company共同策划线下pop up event, 增加瀑光率,加强顾客的信任
我们要找的你,应具备:
· 有3年以上数字销售/电商运营经验
· 熟悉 CRM、ChatGPT、Meta Ads、Shopee、TikTok、XHS, AI 工具,社群工具
· 具备良好的销售逻辑、数据分析力与团队沟通能力
· 曾主导节日活动 / 广告投放 / 私域成交 / 带过团队 / 新产品发布/线下活动 为加分项

Digital Sales & Marketing Senior ExecutiveBrand: Yanwowang | In-House Manufacturing × Premium Bird's Nest Products × Fast-Growing Digital Team
This is not just a job — it's your opportunity to build and own a full digital sales system with us.
We're not looking for someone to follow instructions — we're looking for someone to lead, create, and grow.
With strong products, an in-house team, and a brand that's gaining traction, we're offering a unique chance for an experienced digital marketer to step in and lead the entire digital sales funnel — from traffic to conversion, from CRM to repurchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Campaign Execution
· Develop and execute monthly digital sales plans
· Plan and lead seasonal campaigns (Mother's Day, 11.11, Chinese New Year, etc.)
· Collaborate with content, ad, and customer service teams to meet sales targets
Data Analysis & Funnel Optimization
· Track and analyze conversion rates, ROAS, customer journey, and repurchase behavior
· Identify key drop-off points and propose sales flow improvements
· Build and manage a customized sales funnel for the brand
Team Coaching: Boosting Customer Conversion
· Design customer follow-up SOPs, selling scripts, and chatbot auto-replies
· Work with the customer service team to analyze objections and improve win rates
· Train and align customer service toward value-driven selling and CRM
Sales-Driven Content & Paid Ads
· Work with content creators to produce high-converting sales posts and product stories
· Optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) creatives and targeting
· Manage page engagement, reply flow, and community interactions
Private Domain & CRM System Operations
· Segment customer base using CRM
· Plan customer nurturing through WhatsApp, ManyChat, or other funnel tools
· Manage repurchase customer pools, pregnant mom groups, and KOC pipelines
We're Looking For Someone Who:
· Has 3+ years in digital sales / e-commerce marketing / CRM operation
· Understands how to build a sales funnel from leads to loyalty
· Knows how to drive traffic & optimize conversion through Meta Ads
· Has led or supported festive campaigns, private community groups, or live sales
· Has strong skills in communication, content-sales strategy, and customer insight
Bonus Points If You:· Have experience in health/wellness/FMCG brands, especially products for women/pregnant moms
· Have managed small teams or trained junior staff
· Are familiar with tools like ChatGPT, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, TikTok Shop, ManyChat
