Job Description – .NET Developer (Wealth Management/Advisory)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong SQL expertise and experience in Wealth Management/Advisory domains. The ideal candidate will work on developing and enhancing applications that support investment advisory services across various client segments. The role also includes involvement in DevOps processes, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework).
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements related to wealth management and investment advisory services.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability across environments.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework)
  • Proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries and performance tuning
  • Experience in the Wealth Management / Investment Advisory domain
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and client advisory workflows
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, or integration frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in .NET development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM12,000.00 per month
