Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue tender OR any opportunities in IT products and services.
  • Conduct needs analysis and position suitable solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with  agencies, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and procurement policies to support strategic planning.
  • Represent at customer briefings, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Lead the end-to-end tender process including preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and competitive.Ensure adherence to all procurement guidelines and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sale activities, pipelines, and outcomes for reporting and review.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Marketing / IT or related disciplines from a reputable institution
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in business development
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to contract wins and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Resourceful and possess strong knowledge in IT products/services.
  • Basic knowledge in IT System Integration, i.e. Network, Server, Firewall and Wireless. Hyper converged, VM Solution, Enterprise backup and storage, DR Services, Microsoft application.
  • Basic knowledge in MSSP, MSP, NOC and SOC.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Has own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley
