The role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team at KEAT HONG GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN BHD. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our wide range of glass and aluminium products to both new and existing customers in the Selesa Jaya Johor region. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

Key responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new business leads
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong relationships with our existing client base
  3. Accurately document and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Provide detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the glass or aluminium industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Self-motivated, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  6. Willingness to travel within the Selesa Jaya Johor region to meet with clients
