Key Responsibilities
• Deep understanding of 5G, ICT, Cloud, and OTT industries;Have insight on Telco 5G challenges and opportunities incl. not limited to 5G Strategy, Commercial, Service, User needs, and Marketing, can provide calculation and suggestion from CXO point of view for the ROI arguments in both 2C and 2B domain
• Engage with CXO by supporting seminar and summit, to lead and enlarge the 5G business opportunity and Telco investment.
• Be responsible for MBB/5G consulting project, can sensitively locate customer's real concern and needs, have capability to cross integrate knowledge and research of Home broadband, cloud, and other related areas into the consulting suggestion, so to provide the business solution with enough impact and foresight.
• In 2C domain, based on the analysis of network, user behavior, packages, and products, to provide insights of MBB/5G network requirement and AR/VR, UHD Video, cloud games , and follow up with GTM concrete policies and designs.
• In 2B domain, to have deep study on the country level 2B policy, to research on various industries e.g. Agriculture, Healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, campus, etc. digitalization and smart evolution challenges and needs, and provide planning of scenarios, business model design, as well the ecosystem suggestion together with collaborating the real cooperation between Huawei, Telco, and Various Partners.
• Based on Customer service and marketing needs, design and engage with marketing department based on CEM/SOC,UC capability, to show the value to customer and continuously generates sales leads.
Requirements
· Minimum 5-10 years' work experience in the telecom /ICT field for consulting, or presales engagement/solution development/marketing design related functions; Candidates may come from an operator (product development/marketing area) or a telecom vendor or a professional consultancy firm.
· Have good experience in MBB/LTE domain with own professional insight, good Experience in 3G、4G area for Telco Business Consulting or Go To Marketing Design
· Familiar with 2B Industry and Operator opportunity, have profound understand in one or more industries
· Familiar with CEM/SOC and having experience and insight in UC engagement
· Familiar with Ecosystem for 5G services, and could coordinate and facilitate the business in Thailand
· Degree in Electronics Engineering / Computer Science /Business Administration and preferably with an MBA.
· Candidate need to have a mature character and be able to communicate with clients professionally. He/she is required to be analytical and strategically minded with excellent consulting skills.
· Good command of English. Candidates can understand and speak Mandarin language would be more desirable. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
