Our client is a leading integrated logistics provider company in Malaysia. Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced anddriven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our3PL (Third -Party Logistics) services. This role is responsible for identifyingnew business opportunities, managing tender submissions, and securing long -termcontracts across warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics. The idealcandidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengtheningmarket presence.  ​ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies focused on 3PLsolutions (e.g., warehousing, transportation, contract logistics).Identify and qualify new leads, client accounts, and marketopportunities to support sales pipeline growth.Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identificationto bid submission, commercial negotiation, and contract award.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to tailor proposals thatalign with client needs.Conduct client presentations and deliver customized logisticssolutions to meet customer challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing andpotential clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identifypotential areas of growth or differentiation.Provide regular sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, andperformance tracking. RequirementsMinimum 6 -8 years of experience in business development, sales, orkey account management in the logistics or supply chain industry.Strong track record in securing 3PL/logistics contracts andmanaging large -scale projects or tender processes.Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management,or a related field.Solid understanding of warehouse operations, transportationmanagement, and end -to -end supply chain solutions.Experience working with regional or multinational clients is anadded advantage.
