Marketing Executive (Digital & Social Media)

Location: Seri Kembangan (walking distance from MRT station)

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,000 per month (based on experience)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can elevate Medalab's brand presence, grow our social media channels, and translate our sustainability stories into engaging online content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content for Medalab's social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Work with sales team to plan for marketing campaign to boost sales.
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) — track results and optimise performance.
  • Analyse digital metrics and produce monthly performance reports.
  • Support new product launches with creative campaigns and storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, posts, and marketing materials.
  • Stay current with digital trends and propose fresh, relevant ideas to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Skilled in content creation (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Familiar with paid advertising platforms and performance reporting.
  • Strong copywriting in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passion for sustainability, creativity, and premium branding.
  • Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Office-based role — must be able to work from our Seri Kembangan office.
