MadewithRASA is a fast-growing content house under Get Rental S/B that reimagines food & lifestyle storytelling on RASA.Kuala Lumpur. We also work with some of Malaysia's most exciting F&B brands to produce content that is bold, premium, and deeply rooted in culture.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Content Strategist who can bridge strategy and execution; someone who thinks like a marketer, creates like a storyteller, and moves with startup agility. You'll shape brand narratives, plan content strategies, and guide creative execution across multiple channels

What You'll Do

  • Build and launch a new content page under focusing on Muslim-friendly food and lifestyle content
  • Support content strategy for other MadewithRASA channel pages
  • Translate brand objectives into content pillars, campaign calendars, and platform-specific executions.
  • Manage workflows with creators, freelancers, and brand partners, to translate strategy into compelling visuals, campaigns and stories.
  • Monitor performance, experiment with formats, and iterate fast to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of local trends, subcultures, and content consumption patterns in Malaysia.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand/agency roles with experience in ad work.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel content dynamics (short-form video, community content, lifestyle storytelling across different formats and channels).
  • Balance creativity and analytics: craft scroll-stopping ideas, then back them up with data-driven insights.
  • Sharp eye for design, storytelling and visual consistency
  • Scrappy and startup-minded; independent, resourceful, and able to get things done
  • Great communicator who can align stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
